  1. I’m so sorry for you. I’m sure all the others in your group will continue to support you if you let them though. Don’t give up, just ask for help from those who can help you when you need it, and remember you are worth it.

  2. I’m so sorry, insurance companies are horrible things. If you ever want to talk, I’ve been undergoing treatment with a therapist for the last few months, who gave me a workbook that’s really helped, if you’d like the name, or just a shoulder to cry on that can relate, let me know. I don’t know much, but I’m good at listening.

      • Happy to be here for you 🙂 the workbook is called “Don’t Diet, Live It” by Andrea LoBue and Marsea Marcus. Corny title, but man, halfway through the first author’s personal story and I was a sobbing puddle. Hope things are starting to look brighter for you 🙂
