Today I will:

Standard

Yesterday sucked. I binged and purged and didn’t follow my meal plan at all. I was left with a lot of guilt and shame and disgust.

  • So, today, I will follow my meal plan 100%.
  • Today I will NOT binge and purge.
  • Today I will focus on recovery.
  • Today I will take time for self-care.
  • Today I will let go of the past two days of failure and look to my future.

  1. I love this list of positive things live above said I think it is a great way to keep your mind focused on being in the moment…. When need to just look at the positive list and breath and know that you are not alone….hang tight..

  2. Go you!! 🙂 Well done. I imagine it was hard to write these. Good for you making this commitment. It takes us some time to fulfil what we are striving for and that’s totally normal. Keeping your heart set on it each day is a day forward closer to what you’re reaching for becoming true xxx
