This looks like homework that actually could be useful. Only thing is I haven’t done homework in about 30 yrs…Lol. Seriously thanks for sharing. This stimulates my thought process, to think about certain situations differently,which is no small thing when depressed. Now if I can actually motivate myself to do some homework. I might see some progress…haha….Really thanks again.
I know its hard, especially around the holidays with all the freaking food…don’t beat yourself up & hang in there.

Awesome! One of the girls in my class was going to make little stop cards to keep in your wallet which i thought was a good idea, to remind you in times of crisis such as self harm

My therapist keeps telling me the cold water and ice thing. No. A world of no. I don’t like the cold. Not even to drink. It makes me cranky.
