I didn’t actually go week 4, but I picked up the handouts last week so that I wouldn’t miss this skill. Now, I’m sharing it with you.

  1. This looks like homework that actually could be useful. Only thing is I haven’t done homework in about 30 yrs…Lol. Seriously thanks for sharing. This stimulates my thought process, to think about certain situations differently,which is no small thing when depressed. Now if I can actually motivate myself to do some homework. I might see some progress…haha….Really thanks again.
    I know its hard, especially around the holidays with all the freaking food…don’t beat yourself up & hang in there.
