I had a little freak out that I would binge and purge on something not liquid today, so I threw out all my non-liquid food. All of it, in the trash. I feel good about this. I feel a lot calmer, at least.

That’s good. I toss food all the time if it isn’t wonderful and worth the calories to create a great experience for my taste buds. May I ask you a question? My friends daughter had a trauma that lead quickly to her eating disorder. What lead to yours at such a young age? Sorry if you already covered this somewhere, I’m new to your blog. I hope you continue to have a good, calm day.
