I feel your pain. I’m constantly trying to convince myself that I’m doing my own meal plan and keeping track of … stuff … in order to stay in control. Maybe you’ll have better luck at that? 🙂
Meal plans make me want to crawl out of my skin in the way they create this situation that feels as though the meals are never-ending. They are however, a necessarily evil. Do your best and at the very end of the day, it’ll be enough. x
Last time it was a plan with 3 meals and 3 snacks per day, each meal and each snack had a certain number of protein, starch, fruit, veg, and healthy fat exchanges I had to meet.
Funny, when I’m working on weight loss, I’m tracking, planning, weighing, and measuring like a madwoman. The minute someone tells me I HAVE to? F it. haha control much? 🙂
Meal plans are hard because you know not everyone eats consistantly like that all the time, but it really does help. The part that gets me is when im recovery well that i naturally get off of it then i freak out.

I have tried the meal plan thing as well. It’s HARD. I can empathize.
