  1. Bread is a huge trigger food for me. I hate the fact I love it so much and I hate the fact my husband is obsessed with making bread. x

      • Same here. I adore crusty, seeded bread. If we have it in the house, we then slice it and freeze it and that way, if I’m feeling compelled my ED doesn’t do well with defrosting and then eating. It wants it now. The freezer stops the ‘now.’ I find this helpful x

  2. I’m obsessed with bread crust. It’s disordered, eating skins and edges of things make me feel like I’m not consuming it properly.
