Meanwhile, Mulder is in the corner, just wanting to believe and trying to find his sister.

I took my Ambien, but it still took hours to fall asleep.

Horrible. The dead of night always feels like you are the only person on the planet that is looking at the ceiling, tossing and turning or pacing up and down in the living room. I’m thankful my cat follows me about. x

SLEEP CAN BE EVASIVE, I feel your agitiation and right now this is not most helpful thing you want to hear but HAVE A PLAN and breathe recite it even when so tired.
